Shipping Policy

Products are usually transported and processed to customers within five business days from Monday to Friday. We also deliver merchandise on holidays, Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping policy of SAJA SAJO

Our primary goal is to deliver the items to our customers without any delay and in the best condition. All domestic orders amounting over INR 1000 are eligible for free shipping whereas the orders carrying value of less than INR1000 would be eligible for a charge of INR 100. All the international orders are subject to shipping charges as per norms.

1. If any order gets cancelled, or lost in transit, or returned after delivery, the entire order value would be refunded to the customer from our end.
2. If any order is reverse shipped to us from customer’s end, the shipping charge will be refunded to the customer through bank transfer.
3. Orders violating our fair usage policy, will not stand a chance to enjoy the facility of refund.
4. International shipment is also an integral part of our business. We take maximum care to guarantee timely delivery across the world. Abiding by the international laws of transport, we have acquired the requisite permission to trade beyond the boundaries of our own country and the IEC is BUAPB7065F.

It has always been our sincere effort to cater to all of our customers in an unblemished manner. However, as the reality reveals, there remain accounts that take unjustified advantage of the liberal return policies that we offer. These customers refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery and return most the purchases done which in turn deny our other customers from receiving the products when needed. We request every customer to follow the fair usage policy diligently and help us serve you better.

Checking serviceability of PIN Code

To make your shopping experience overwhelming, Saja Sajo has provides an opportunity for the customers to check if the PIN Code is serviceable or not. If the PIN Code is not serviceable, prepay is the only solution to the problem and the delivery would be done from our end.

Tracking your order on Saja Sajo

For every item ordered and dispatched from our end, the customer will receive a confirmation. The tracking link can be accessed to trace the movement of the parcel at any point in time.

We have collaboration with reputed shipping partners such as FedEx, Delhivery, Aramex, DHL, etc. All dispatches are made through a dependable courier partner to ensure timely delivery. The entire transit insurance of the parcel is taken care of by our partners.
