The Return Policy
We put our best to make your purchase at our platform a memorable and hassle-free experience altogether. However, if you product dissatisfactory and wish to return or replace it with another one, we provide our customers with an easy return and refund policy. For a streamlined idea of the entire process, refer to the highlights mentioned below.
- A return request has to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
- Once we receive the request, the same will be confirmed officially through communication. You will receive communications from our end asking for your bank account details for returning the funds.
- We would offer you a door step pick up and the courier requirements would be taken care of by us.
- Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will go through a quality testing.
- If the product qualifies certain parameters, your return request would be processed without any further delays assuring a full refund.
- The entire refund amount will be credited to your bank account within next 3-4 business days. (Occasional delays can occur due to technical hazards)
Conditions under which return is infeasible
There are certain circumstances under which a return would not be accepted by Saja Sajo. Following are the criteria for validating a return.
- The product must remain unused at the time of return
- It must not have any sweat, stain or body odor on it
- It must not be damaged or torn
- The paper tags, price tags should be kept in an unaltered manner.
- The folding and packaging should be proper.
- The product must not come dry cleaned or washed
